In relation to the identified priorities in the Guidance & Essential criteria what will your idea achieve and who will benefit from your project?
The project will deliver free or reduced cost access to cricket training over the summer and throughout winter 26/27. This will encourage sustained participation (winter facilities for younger participants is a historical challenge). The project will enhance current provision of camps and coaching sessions, and allow further training of young coaches. We aim to raise the profile of cfricket further in the local community.Please describe what you plan to do and what the money will be used for? (i.e., purchase equipment/resources)
As detailed in the attached application we would increase coach training and qualifications, fund facilty hire in winter months, and offer free or subsidised places in some camps/sessions.
