Age Concern Girvan (SCIO), is a local charity providing vital services to
older people in Girvan. Our aim is to provide affordable, nutritious meals alongside welcoming social opportunities for people aged 55+ as well as anyone who may be isolated, vulnerable, or living on low incomes.
Known locally as Duff Street Kitchen, we operate on Mondays and Fridays with the support of
dedicated volunteers and people supported through Girvan Opportunities, providing a low-cost
lunch in
