How can my group or organisation change the 'person responsible' and update the account password afterwards?

You can update the person responsible for your community group or organisation whenever you wish by following these three simple steps: 

Ask your 'person responsible' to sign into your account on Your Area Your Voice Your Choice 

After you have logged in, go to ‘my account’ 

Update the name and contact number of the person responsible

If you are changing the person responsible for your group or organisation, it is important that you also update your account password so the new person responsible for your group or organisation can securely sign in and out of Your Area Your Voice Your Choice.

To update your account password, follow these three simple steps:

Ask your 'person responsible' to sign into your account on South Ayrshire Councils Your Area Your Voice Your Choice.

After you have logged in, go to ‘my account’ and click ‘change my login details’. 

The person who you have assigned as the new ‘responsible person’ should enter a new password that they will use to sign in to Your Area Your Voice Your Choice.
