What does 'person responsible for my organisation' mean?

When your group or organisation creates an account on South Ayrshire Councils Your Area Your Voice Your Choice, you will be asked to assign a ‘person responsible’. 

The person responsible for your group or organisation will hold the password to South Ayrshire Councils Your Area Your Voice Your Choice, which enables your group or organisation to participate in Thriving Places. The individual who your group has assigned as the ‘person responsible’ will be responsible for uploading and sharing any content on Thriving Places on behalf of your community group or organisation. 

If the Council needs to get in contact with your community group or organisation, they will contact the person responsible either by email or phone.
