Capital funding can be used to buy new assets or refurbish existing assets.

An asset is an item of property - usually land, buildings or equipment - that will be owned by your group or organisation.

Examples: Capital funding could be used to buy land, new buildings, sports equipment, vehicles, or artworks. It could also be used to repair and refurbish existing buildings, outside space and playgrounds.
