The car park at the hall needs to be upgraded. There is also an adjacent piece of land (owned by the association) that needs to have the grass uplifted and hard-standing laid to allow further car parking or a Marquee etc, during an event. Part of an existing low wall needs to be removed, and the exterior of the hall requires repainting.
